MEMORANDUM ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on pro se plaintiff Corey M. Lewis's ("Lewis") motion to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 1.) Upon due consideration, the Court finds that Lewis cannot afford to pay the costs of proceeding in the instant case. 2 Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS Lewis's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and DIRECTS the Clerk to docket the complaint. (ECF No. 1-1.) The Court DISMISSES Lewis's complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE and DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case.
