ORDER (Extending Response Time) This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Claim for Certain Damages. (ECF No. #6 .) Pursuant to Local Rule 7(F), any response was due by January 20, 2022. Plaintiff has not responded. However, on February 9, 2022, the Court granted Plaintiffs Motion to Substitute Counsel. (ECF No. #10 .) It appearing to the Court that Plaintiffs change in representation coincided with the time in which to respond, the Court hereby EXTENDS the time in which Plaintiff may respond to Defendant's Motion (ECF No. #6 ) to ensure that no prejudice results to Plaintiff at this early stage of litigation.
