ORDER - The Court held a hearing on the plaintiffs' motion on March 21, 2022. For the reasons stated from the bench, the Court DENIES the motion. The Court dismissed Kovina and Johnson as parties because they lack standing to bring individual claims under Title IX. D.K. thus remains as the only plaintiff in this case. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure l7(c), Kovina and Johnson may prosecute any of D.K. 's remaining claims as her parents and next friends. The Court thus ORDERS D.K. to notify the Court of the name of the attorney she has retained to represent her and to file an amended Title IX complaint within thirty days of the date of this Order. The Court advises the plaintiffs that failure to comply with this Order within these time requirements may result in summary dismissal of the action. Further, the Court stays the deadline for RWS to respond to the plaintiffs' second amended complaint. After D.K. retains counsel and files a third amended complaint, RWS shall respond to the third amended complaint within the time required by Rule 15(a)(3). SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS.
