Upon consideration of the Consent Motion to Stay Pending Arbitration and for Extension of Time to File Responsive Pleadings (ECF No. #3 ), the Consent Motion is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that this matter is hereby STAYED pending the outcome of the matter in arbitration and that the deadline for Defendant to file a responsive pleading or Rule 12(b) motion be CONTINUED until five (5) days after the stay is lifted.
