April 5, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER (Granting Motion and Directing Service) - This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Proceed informa pauper is ("IFP") (ECF No. 1), to which Plaintiff attached his proposed Complaint and Ghostwriting Form, as required by Local Rule 83. 1(M). (ECF No. 1-1.) Upon due consideration, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Proceed IFP. Plaintiff may proceed in this case without paying the Court's filing fee. Further, the Court has reviewed the Complaint and finds that it satisfies Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8. The Court hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to docket the Complaint (ECF No. 1-1) as the operative complaint in this matter, and to issue process and deliver the summons to the United States Marshal for service.
