Filing 7 FINAL ORDER. The Court granted the pro se plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and ordered her to file an amended complaint within twenty-one days, (ECF No. #4 ). The Court warned the plaintiff that failure to comply with its Order would result in dismissal of her case. More than twenty-one days have elapsed since April 26, 2022, and the plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES her complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE and DENIES AS MOOT her motion for a preliminary injunction, (ECF No. #6 ). The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case.
