ORDER that the Court GRANTS the plaintiffs' #6 motion for leave to serve a subpoena duces tecum to RPD and the Sheriff's Office. The plaintiffs may issue a subpoena duces tecum requiring that the RPD and the Sheriff's Office provide: a) All investigative reports, photographs, videos, correspondence, communications, and records related to Darek Jones's arrest and detention on the evening of May 31, 2020, and June 1, 2020; b) The identities of all RPD Officers who discharged tear gas into the groups of protestors on the evening of May 31, 2020, and into June 1, 2020; and c) The identities of all RPD Officers and Richmond City Sheriff's Deputies involved in the arrest and detention of Darek Jones on the evening of May 31, 2020, and June 1, 2020.
