ORDER the Court ORDERS as follows: Touch Tel SHALL submit its action to binding arbitration before JAMS under the JAMS Comprehensive Rules and Procedures; This civil action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, shall be STAYED in its entirety, pending resolution of the anticipated JAMS arbitration; The parties SHALL file a joint status report every 90 days after the entry of this Order until the Clerk closes this matter; Upon conclusion of the anticipated JAMS arbitration, the parties may seek to lift the stay of this action for the purpose of litigating the enforcement of any award issued by the arbitrator in that arbitration; Within 30 days of the conclusion of the anticipated JAMS arbitration, the parties SHALL file a joint status report regarding the status of this matter and how they expect this matter will proceed; and The Motion for an Extension is DENIED AS MOOT, (ECF No. #2 ).
