MEMORANDUM ORDER that Plaintiff's application to proceed informa pauperis #1 is hereby GRANTED, and Plaintiff may proceed without paying the Court's filing fee. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to file Plaintiff's Complaint in this case. For these reasons herein, Plaintiff's Complaint (ECF No. #1 -1) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court, however, believes Plaintiff deserves another attempt to amplify the factual and legal bases upon which her claim rests. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within 30 days of the entry of this Memorandum Order. Plaintiff, however, is warned that failing to file an amended complaint that complies with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure may result in the dismissal of her action with prejudice.
