MEMORANDUM ORDER (Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Dismissing the Complaint) - Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis is hereby GRANTED, and Plaintiff may proceed without paying the Court's filing fee. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to file Plaintiff's Complaint (ECF No. #1 -1) in this case. Plaintiffs Complaint (ECF No. 1-1) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court, however, believes Plaintiff deserves another attempt to amplify the factual and legal bases upon which his claim rests. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Memorandum Order. Plaintiff, however, is warned that failing to file an amended complaint that complies with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure may result in the dismissal of his action with prejudice.
