| Notice of Correction re: ECF Nos. #1 and #2 , Complaint and Proposed Summonses; Clerk has added the civil action number to the complaint. Filing attorney is reminded pro hac vice attorneys may not file any documents filed with the Court, only local counsel may sign documents filed with the Court. The Civil Cover Sheet and Proposed Summonses were incorrectly saved as PDF fillable form, the Clerk's Office has corrected the documents as non-fillable form. To correctly save the PDF fillable form, click on the File menu select Print, and then select your PDF writer from the Printer Name List, then click on Print or OK depending on your program. ECF No. #2 included a Consent to Join, which should of been attached as an attachment to the Complaint. The Clerk's Office has made the correction attaching the Consent to Join as an attachment to the Complaint, ECF No. #1 . The proposed summonses were filed using the wrong docket event. The event "Proposed Summons" was incorrectly filed as "Summons Returned Unexecuted." The Clerk's Office has corrected this error. For future filings of "Proposed Summons" filing attorney is directed to use the event "Proposed Summons" found on the Civil Case Screen under "Other Filings" - "Other Documents" - "Proposed Summons."
