ORDER that this matter comes before the Court on the Court's own initiative. On August 19, 2022, the Court entered an Order and Opinion in SSPI Mid-Atlantic LLC v. American Empire Surplus Lines Insurance Co. (Civil Action No. 3:21cv697, ECF Nos. 23 and 24 ). The insurance dispute in SSPI Mid-Atlantic LLC continues, and the insured has not been made whole. Accordingly, the Court STAYS this matter until further order of the Court. The Court DIRECTS the plaintiffs' counsel in this matter to FULLY APPRISE the defense counsel in SSPI Mid-Atlantic LLC of the status of this complaint and why they believe they can proceed with a subrogation action given the Court's Order and Opinion in SSPI Mid-Atlantic LLC.
