ORDER (Granting Plaintiff Leave to File First Amended Complaint) - THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff Angela Stewart's ("Plaintiff) Motion for Leave to Amend her Complaint (the "Motion"), filed on October 22, 2022. (ECF No. 2.) Plaintiff filed her original Complaint on September 23, 2022. (Compl, ECF No. 1.) Plaintiff seeks to amend her Complaint to add a prayer for an award of costs for each count alleged therein. (Mot. at 2.) Additionally, Plaintiff seeks to amend her Complaint to add a prayer for an award of attorneys' fees, as permitted by law, to Counts III, IV, V, VI, and XII. (Id.)
