Filing 3 MEMORANDUM ORDER (Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Dismissing the Complaint). This matter is before the Court on prose Plaintiff Rodney Jones ("Jones") and pro se Plaintiff Tonya Faltz's ("Faltz," collectively, "Plaintiffs") applications to proceed in forma pauperis, filed on November 21, 2022. Therefore, Plaintiffs' applications to proceed in forma pauper is (ECF Nos. #1 and #2 ) are hereby GRANTED, and Plaintiffs may proceed without paying the Court's filing fee. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to file Plaintiffs' Complaint (ECF No. 1-3) in this case. Plaintiffs' Complaint (ECF No. 1-3) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. However, the Court believes Plaintiffs deserve another attempt to amplify the factual and legal bases upon which their claim rests. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs leave to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Memorandum Order. However, Plaintiffs are warned that failing to file an amended complaint that complies with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure may result in the dismissal of the action with prejudice.
