ORDER- Maxey has neither provided the Court her address nor responded to the Court's repeated efforts to obtain one. This, coupled with Maxey' s failure to file an amended complaint by the deadline set forth by the Court, demonstrates Maxey's failure to prosecute this action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Nevertheless, the Court will give Maxey one more opportunity to respond to the Court's calls and to file an amended complaint. Accordingly, the Court DIRECTS Maxey to provide the Court with an address and to file an amended complaint no later than Monday, May 1, 2023. The Court warns Maxey that if she fails both to file an amended complaint that complies with the Court's February 27, 2023, Order and to provide the Clerk with an address by May 1, 2023, the Court will dismiss this case without prejudice. If Maxey contacts the Court for updates about her case, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to provide Maxey with a copy of the Court's February 27, 2023, Order, this Order, and any other orders entered up to that point. For efficiency, the Clerk may send Maxey the filings by email during that initial encounter. Going forward, she must complete and submit an e-noticing registration request form. ORDER the Court FINDS Maxey unable to pay the costs of proceeding in this case. The Court therefore GRANTS Maxey's motion #1 and DIRECTS the Clerk to docket the Complaint. The Court DIRECTS Maxey to file an Amended Complaint within 21 days of this Order. At the top of the amended complaint, the plaintiff must place the following caption: AMENDED COMPLAINT FOR CIVIL ACTION NO. 3:23cv133. In the Amended Complaint, Maxey may not refer to or rely on any previous pleadings or filings in other cases. Nor may she ask the Court to review the propriety of the judgments against her in the cited state court actions. Once filed, the Amended Complaint will become the operative complaint in this case.
