ORDER that this matter is before the Court on its own initiative. On March 21, 2023, Plaintiffs Banilla Games, Inc. and Grover Gaming, Inc. filed the instant suit against Defendant Guangzhou YingfengTechnology Co., Ltd. (Complaint, ECF No. 1.) Upon review of the Complaint and the allegations stated therein, the Court determines that (1) Plaintiffs have not adequately pleaded personal jurisdiction over the Defendant as stated in Paragraph 9 of the Complaint, and (2) Plaintiffs have not adequately pleaded why venue is proper in this district as stated in Paragraph 10 of the Complaint. The Plaintiffs are hereby DIRECTED to file an Amended Complaint within seven (7) calendar days and adequately plead why (1) the Court has personal jurisdiction over the Defendant and (2) venue is proper in this district.
