FINAL ORDER (Revoking in forma pauperis Status and Directing the Clerk to Close the Case) that the Court hereby DISMISSES Plaintiff's case without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 and DIRECTS the Clerk's Office to close the case. Because the Court finds that any appeal of this Order would not be taken in good faith, the Court hereby certifies as such and REVOKES Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status. Should Plaintiff desire to appeal, she must file a written notice of appeal with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof. ORDER (Provisionally Granting Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and Dismissing Complaint with Leave to Amend) - that the Court has reviewed Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and, finding Plaintiff qualified, hereby PROVISIONALLY GRANTS the Motion #1 . Thus, upon review of Plaintiffs Proposed Complaint, the Court finds that Plaintiff fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Accordingly, the Court hereby DISMISSES Plaintiff's Complaint. Noting Plaintiff's pro se status, however, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file an Amended Complaint.
