Filing 19 ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Trans Union LLC's ("Trans Union") Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiffs Complaint (the "Motion"). (ECF No. 16.) Trans Union asks the Court for an extension of time "up to and including June 24, 2023." (ECF No. 16, at 1.) Trans Union contends that it "needs additional time to locate and assemble the documents relating to [Dabney's] credit file and any disputes submitted by [Dabney]," and that its "counsel needs additional time to review Trans Union's documents and respond to the allegations in the Complaint." (ECF No. 16, at 1.) Additionally, Trans Union avers that Dabney's counsel "has agreed to the requested extension." (ECF No. 16, at 1.)
