ORDER that #18 CONSENT MOTION FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION is granted. Defendants, as well as each of his/her/its respective agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation, are to immediately cease and desist and are permanently enjoined from purchasing, using, marketing, or displaying any unauthorized, pirated, or hacked versions of Grover Gaming, Inc.'s copyrighted works, including, but not limited to, the Fusion 4 games. By July 24, 2023, the defendants shall file a Status Report, under oath, setting forth in detail the manner and form in which Defendants have complied with paragraph (2) above. This ORDER shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors, assigns, and acquiring companies. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this matter for the purpose of enforcing the terms of this ORDER.
