ORDER - Because Defendant has consented, and for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the Motion to Amend (ECF No. #9 ) pursuant to Rule 15(a)(2). The Court hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to docket the Amended Complaint, currently filed as ECF No. 9-1, as a new entry on the docket. According to the Amended Complaint, Plaintiff now seeks $74,000 in damages, which does not meet the amount-in-controversy requirement for diversity jurisdiction. In light of this fact and the parties' Consent Motion for Remand, the Court hereby REMANDS this action to the Circuit Court for the County of Henrico, Virginia. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(c), the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a certified copy of the Order of Remand to the clerk of the state Court. It is so Ordered. Signed by District Judge Roderick C.
