Filing 4 FINAL ORDER that the Court hereby DISMISSES Plaintiff's Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) and 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). Because the Court finds that further amendment would not cure the deficiencies in Plaintiff's Complaint, the Court declines to grant further leave to amend. Finally, because the Court finds that any appeal of this Order would not be taken in good faith, the Court hereby certifies as such and REVOKES Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status. Should Plaintiff desire to appeal, a written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within 60 days of the date of entry hereof. See Order for details.
