TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO INFORMATION OF DECEDENT (ECF No. 13) that would provide Plaintiff with the password with which to access the Apple iPhone and iCloud account belonging to Plaintiffs deceased daughter, Devon M. Martin. It is hereby ORDERED that the Motion (ECF No. 13) is granted and Apple, Inc. shall assist in the provision of access to the decedent's information from the deceased person's Apple accounts by providing such information to Plaintiff's counsel, the Law Office of Nichole Buck Vanderslice, PLLC, 9019 Forest Hill Avenue, Suite 2C, N.
