In light of that retainer payment, the Court hereby DENIES Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 . The Court accordingly ORDERS that Plaintiff's counsel pay the required filing fee under 28 U.S.C. 1914, upon which payment the Clerk will docket the action and issue a summons for service upon Defendant. However, if additional financial information would change the Courts analysis of the situation, Plaintiff may file an amended motion and the Court may reconsider its ruling.
