Filing 6 FINAL ORDER - This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. Mr. Hodges has failed to file an Amended Complaint by August 19, 2023, and thus has failed to comply with the Courts directive, (ECF No. #3 ), and applicable rules. Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court does not grant leave to amend, rendering this order final and appealable. Mr. Hodges is advised that he has the right to appeal the decision of the Court. Should he wish to do so, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof. Filing 3 ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on pro se Plaintiff Michael Prince Hodges application to proceed in forma pauperis (the "Application"), (ECF No. #1 ). After due consideration, the Court concludes that Hodges is unable to pay the required fees. Accordingly, the Application is provisionally GRANTED. (ECF No. #1 ). Hodges may proceed in this case without paying the Court's filing fee. The Court hereby ORDERS that the Clerk shall provisionally file the proffered Complaint; and it is further ORDERED that, no later than August 19, 2023, Hodges shall file an Amended Complaint, with a Ghostwriting Form attached, which outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Hodges thinks that he is entitled to relief and why the Court has jurisdiction over his case. Hodges is ADVISED that the failure to strictly comply with the Court's directives and with applicable rules will result in DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute.
