MEMORANDUM ORDER (Conditionally Docketing Action with Multiple Plaintiffs). It is ORDERED that: This action is CONDITIONALLY docketed. Nevertheless, Plaintiffs' request to pursue the matter as a class action is DENIED. Plaintiffs must submit a statement as set out herein within 30 days of entry hereof; The Clerk shall obtain a certified copy of each Plaintiffs' trust fund account for the 6-month period immediately preceding the initiation of this action. Plaintiffs must affirm their intention to pay the entire $350.00 filing fee. Plaintiff to return the Consent to Collection of Fees form within 30 days of entry hereof. Accordingly, in addition to the above requirements, Plaintiffs' must submit a brief within 30 days of the date of entry hereof, explaining why allowing the action to go forward with the multiple joined Plaintiffs will promote judicial efficiency. Plaintiffs must also explain why the Complaint, as submitted, complies with joinder requirements. Failure to submit this brief will result in dismissal of the action. It is so ORDERED.
