ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Defendant David C. Walton's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Responsive Pleadings to Complaint ("Motion for Extension") (ECF No. 9). Defendant avers that he only recently retained local counsel, and therefore requires additional time to file responsive pleadings. Plaintiff Therabody, Inc., consents to such an extension. Having considered the Motion for Extension and for good cause shown, the Court ORDERS that Defendants Motion for Extension (ECF No. 9) is hereby GRANTED. Defendant shall have until October 26, 2023, to file a responsive pleading pursuant to Rule 12. The Clerk is DIRECTED to TERMINATE the Request for Entry of Default (ECF No. 7) as MOOT.
