ORDER- Ms. Lineweaver has failed to file an Amended Complaint by October 13, 2023, and thus has failed to comply with the Court's directive, #6 , and applicable rules. Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court does not grant leave to amend, rendering this order final and appealable. Ms. Lineweaver is advised that she has the right to appeal the decision of the Court.
