MEMORANDUM ORDER (Ordering Default Judgment) Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Default Judgment #8 is GRANTED. JUDGMENT is hereby ENTERED in favor of the CSC Leasing Co. against Defendant Sapor Food Group in the amount of $313,680.20 for judgment in principal; pre-judgment interest in the amount of $4,640.75; post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1961(a) until the judgment is fully repaid; and attorneys' fees in the amount of $6,242.50. The Court hereby ORDERS Defendant, Sapor Food Group, to timely return the leased equipment referenced in the Complaint #1 , at its own expense. If Sapor Food Group does not return said equipment to Plaintiff by January 1, 2024, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff the full authority to peacefully retake its leased equipment, and ORDERS that Defendant reimburse Plaintiff for all reasonable fees associated with retaking the leased equipment described in the Complaint.
