ORDER Having reviewed Plaintiff Laquan Wrights Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis 2 and the financial affidavit filed herein, it is hereby ORDERED that Wright is permitted to proceed in forma pauperis and the Motion is GRANTED. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to issue the summonses in this matter and to give the summons to the United States Marshal Service for service.
