ORDER. The Court now LIFTS the previously imposed stay and ORDERS as follows: The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to CONSOLIDATE 3:23cv759, 3:23cv760, 3:23cv761, with 3:23cv778. The Court ESTABLISHES Tiller v. The Hilb Group Operating Company, LLC, (3:23cv759), as the lead case. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to file this Order in the lead case and in all underlying cases. The Court DIRECTS counsel to notify the Court of the filing or transfer of any new case that might be consolidated with this action. If further actions are filed that the parties believe should be consolidated with this case, the parties SHALL move the Court to consolidate the later cases with this case. By February 2, 2024, the plaintiffs SHALL file a motion to designate lead counsel. After the plaintiffs have done so, the Court will issue an Order directing the plaintiffs to file an amended consolidated complaint. See Order for details. Signed by District Judge John A.
