ORDER (Denying Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Ordering Particularized Complaint) - This matter comes before the Court on pro se Plaintiff's John Dantzler and Octavia Dantzler's ("Plaintiffs") Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs ("Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis") (ECF No. 1) and Complaint (ECF No. 1-1 ). The Court finds that Plaintiffs failed to sufficiently complete a Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and, therefore, the Court hereby DENIES the Motion for Leave to Proceed informa pauperis (ECF No. 1). The Court DIRECTS Plaintiffs to refile an amended Motion for Leave to Proceed informa pauperis, or to pay the filing fee. Plaintiff's must also resubmit the Ghostwriting Form in accordance with Local Rule 83.1 (M), which the Court requires to be filed with their submission stating that they did not receive assistance in preparing their proposed particularized amended complaint. The failure to strictly comply with the Court's directive and with applicable rules will result in DISMISSAL of this action for failure to prosecute under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). The Court hereby DIRECTS the Clerk's Office to mail a copy of this Court's standard Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs, a Civil Complaint Form and a Ghostwriting Form to Plaintiffs at their address of record.
