March 25, 2024 Filing 29 ANSWER to Complaint by Equifax Information Services, LLC..(Montgomery, John)
March 25, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 28 ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC's ("Equifax") Unopposed Second Motion for Extension of Time for Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint ("Motion for Extension," ECF No. #25 ). Equifax's Answer in this matter was due on March 22, 2024. Equifax inadvertently neglected to file such Answer until today, when it filed its Answer as an attachment to the instant Motion for Extension (ECF No. 25-1). Equifax therefore seeks an extension up to and including today, March 25, 2024, to file its Answer. Plaintiff consents to the requested extension. Having considered Equifax's Motion and finding no prejudice to Plaintiff, Equifax's Motion for Extension (ECF No. #25 ) is hereby GRANTED. Equifax's Answer (currently docketed at ECF No. 25-1) is deemed timely filed as of today. Equifax is, however, ORDERED to separately file its answer as a new docket entry within three (3) days of this Order. It is so ORDERED. Signed by District Judge Roderick C. Young on 3/25/24. (juljon)
