Filing 14 ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Seal (ECF No. #3 ). Plaintiff seeks to seal Exhibits 1-4 to the Complaint (ECF Nos. #8 , #9 , #10 , and #11 ) to protect certain personal identifying information from disclosure. In order to still provide the public with sufficient access to this case, Plaintiff concurrently filed redacted versions of those exhibits (ECF Nos. 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, and 1-4) which "redact only the necessary information sought to be protected," i.e., her name, date of birth, and other personal identifying information. Plaintiff also provided notice to the public of her intent to file these exhibits under seal, and the Court has received no objection to such request. For good cause shown, Plaintiff's Motion to Seal (ECF No. #3 ) is hereby GRANTED. Exhibits 1-4 to the Complaint (ECF Nos. #8 , #9 , #10 , and #11 ) shall remain under seal as presently filed until further order of the Court. It is so ORDERED. Signed by District Judge Roderick C. Young on 3/18/24. (juljon) |
