ORDER - This matter is before the Court on various motions from pro se Defendant Jonathon Alden Moseley (ECF Nos. #9 , #10 , #12 ), all of which were received and filed after this Court entered a Summary Order of Remand (ECF No. #8 ). Given the procedural posture of this case, which was closed on May 26, 2026, in conjunction with its remand to the Henrico County Circuit Court, the Court has no jurisdiction to consider Defendant's Motions. Accordingly, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to TERMINATE all pending Motions (ECF Nos. #9 , #10 , #12 ) and to docket any further filings from Defendant as "Received," only. This case remains CLOSED. Defendant is admonished to direct all further defenses and challenges to his state court prosecution to the court of appropriate jurisdiction, i.e., the Henrico County Circuit Court.
