ORDER granting 26 Motion for Summary Judgment by Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company to the extent that it asks the Court to find that the property damage arose out of the ownership or use of the van, and the Court DENIES 23 Motion for Summa ry Judgment by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Having also FOUND that the j(5) exclusion in Nationwide's policy does not exclude coverage for the damage to Ivey's property, the Court DENIES the remainder of Nationwide's motion.
