OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING IN PART and DENYING IN PART Defendants' 48 Motion to Dismiss. The Court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Relators' First Amended Complaint, ECF No. 12. However, the Court PROVIDES Relators with leave to amend the First Amended Complaint to cure all defects within twenty-one (21) days after the entry of this Opinion and Order. If Relators fail to adequately amend the First Amended Complaint within the period prescribed, the Courtwill dismiss such complaint with prejudice, as outlined.
