OPINION AND ORDER - 200 Kelsey's motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) is GRANTED. While the Court finds that personal jurisdiction over 200 Kelsey wanting, it reaches no conclusion as to the substantive aspects ofPEOPLExpress's Complaint.
