OPINION AND ORDER: Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration and to StayProceedings are hereby GRANTED (ECF Nos. 31 and 32.)Defendants' three motions to dismiss, in part. Plaintiffs complaint, which were filed in the alternative to Defendant s' Motions to Compel and Stay, are therefore DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE(ECF Nos. 34, 35, 36.)
