MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting #3 Motion for Preliminary Injunction; It is hereby ORDERED that, pending the outcome of this litigation, defendant Rebecca Curry is hereby ENJOINED, for a period of twelve months from the date of this order, from: working for SupplyCore Inc. in the position of Director of Vendor Management & Supply Chain and engaging in the same or substantially similar services or work as she performed for Noble for herself, or any other business or entity, that is competitive with the business of Noble, within the geographic area identified in the Agreement. This order shall be effective only after Noble has obtained and posted with the clerk of the court a certified surety bond in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00); It is further ORDERED that the parties shall notify this court, not later than fifteen days after entry of this order, as to whether they agree to participate in a court-assisted settlement conference with the assigned magistrate judge.
