Filing 9 ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Johnson's property claims are dismissed with prejudice, his VTCA claims are dismissed without prejudice to his ability to assert those in state court, and his claim that his First Amendment rights were violated by defendants' denying him access to courts is dismissed without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall STRIKE this case from the active docket of the court, and all pending motions are DENIED as moot. If Johnson believes he can remedy the deficiencies noted by the court and if he chooses, he may file a motion to reopen the case, along with an amended complaint asserting only a denial of-access to the courts claim, within 30 days of the entry of this order.
