ORAL ORDER: In an order entered May 25, 2023, the court assessed a $5.00 filing fee and directed the Trust Accounts Officer at petitioner's institution to collect and provide that fee to the court. (Dkt. No. 4.) Today, an individual paid the filing fee on petitioner's behalf. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Trust Accounts Officer should not send any further payments to the court with regard to this case because petitioner's financial obligations have been satisfied. Also, if the Clerk receives any funds after today's date, those funds shall not be accepted and shall be returned to the Trust Accounts Officer.
