Kailani Memmer, United State Magistrate Judge for Mediation upon her installation on October 9, 2023, for the purpose of a global mediation of all Plaintiff's pending actions. The parties are ORDERED to contact Judge Memmer's chambers after her swearing in, but in no event later than October 13, 2023, to schedule the mediation. The mediation will occur in person at the United States District Court in Roanoke or Abingdon, VA, at Judge Memmer's direction. The Virginia Department of Corrections is ORDERED to transport Mr. Riddick to attend the mediation at the location and on the date and time set by the court.
