The Court GRANTS Mr. Jones leave to amend his proposed complaints by no later than Monday, September 25, 2023. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint by the deadline in any of his pending cases or if any of the amended complaints fail to state a plausible claim for relief and sufficient grounds for jurisdiction in federal court, the Court will dismiss the case in its entirety.
