The Court GRANTS Dominions unopposed motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 50); and DIRECTS Dominion to pay $50.37 to Mayle, plus pr ejudgment interest on this amount at the rate of 2.17% per annum. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to transmit copies of this Order to counsel of record and enter a separate judgment order in favor of Dominion.
