Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Respondents Motion [ECF No. 5 ]. The Petitioners Objections [ECF No. 17 ] are OVERRULED and his Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment [ECF Nos. 12 and 14 ] are DENIED. The Court ORDERS that the Petitioners 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition is DENIED and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. This matter is ORDERED STRICKEN from the active docket of this Court.
