The Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion to Remand and Motion for Sanctions ( 8 in case 5:08-cv-00079; and 11 in case 5:08-cv-00080-IMK), and REMANDS the case to the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia. It further DIRECTS Plaintiff to file, within ten (10) days, an accounting of just costs and fees incurred.
