TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Judge William C. Griesbach on 7/11/2023. On June 7, 2023, the Court informed Plaintiff that by 7/7/23, he must submit his certified institutional trust account statements from both Dodge Correctional Institution covering the period of 4/24/23 through 5/24/23 and Manitowoc County Jail from 11/24/22 through 4/24/23. The Court received the Manitowoc County statement (Dkt. No. #10 ), but the deadline has passed for the remaining Dodge Correctional Institution statement--and Plaintiff neither filed that statement nor explained why he was unable to do so. If the Court does not receive the certified account statement from Dodge Correctional Institution or an explanation of the challenges Plaintiff faces in arranging submission of the statement by 7/26/23, the Court will deny Plaintiff's motion to proceed without prepaying the filing fee and will dismiss this action based on Plaintiff's failure to pay the filing fee.
