TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Judge William C Griesbach on 08/30/2023. On July 25, 2023, the Clerks office mailed Plaintiff a letter informing him that, by August 24, 2023, he had to submit a complete certified six-month trust account statement. Dkt. No. 4. Specifically, Plaintiff needed to submit the months of January 2023 to May 2023 from the Milwaukee County Jail. Id. The deadline has passed, and Plaintiff has not submitted the document. If Plaintiff does not submit a complete certified six-month trust account statement by September 7, 2023, or provide some explanation as to why he has not submitted it, the Court will deny the motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee and dismiss this case for failure to pay the filing fee. In addition, if Jones moves to a different institution, he is to notify the Court of his mailing address promptly. Failure to do so risks dismissal for failure to prosecute this action.
