On December 12, 2023, the Clerks office mailed Plaintiff a letter informing him that, by January 2, 2024, he had to submit a complete certified six-month trust account statement. Dkt. No. 4. Specifically, Plaintiff needed to submit the months of October 2023 and November 2023. Id. The deadline has passed, and Plaintiff has not submitted a trust account statement for the months noted above. If Plaintiff does not submit a complete certified six-month trust account statement by January 17, 2024, or provide some explanation as to why he has not submitted it, the Court will deny the motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee and will dismiss this case for failure to pay the filing fee.
