ORDER signed by Judge J P Stadtmueller on 11/3/10 as follows: granting 4 plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; dismissing defendants Cathy Jess, Capt Gerke, Capt Noble, Capt Hoch, Sgt Vanderstreak, Sgt Venne, Sgt Weber, an d Mr Tarr; denying 5 plaintiff's Motion for Injunctive Relief; denying 6 plaintiff's Motion to Add Defendant; granting 7 plaintiff's Motion to Correct the Spelling of Defendants as specified; pursuant to an informal service agree ment between the Attorney General and this court,copies of plaintiff's complaint and this order are being electronically sent today to the Attorney General for service on the state defendants; the defendants shall file a responsive pleading to t he complaint; directing the Secretary of the Wisconsin Dept of Corrections or his designee to collect from the plaintiffs prison trust account the balance of the filing fee owed by collecting monthly payments and forwarding same to the clerk of the court as specified.
